Chief Executive Officer
Derek is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TDJ Contractors. Having started the company in 2009 he has led us to open offices and service locations around the U.S. currently serving 20+ States. He attended the University of Texas in Arlington as a proud member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and the University Hockey Team.
Payton Gregory
Chief Operations Officer
Payton joined the TDJ team in March of 2012. He works broadly across TDJ to optimize processes and systems as the company continues its rapid expansion. With a passion for both rigorous analysis and people, Payton enjoys implementing and fine-tuning processes that help his colleagues serve clients at ever-increasing levels of excellence and efficiency. He looks at operational excellence from varied perspectives, aiming to optimize the connections between our team and our clients. From facilitating with communication and productivity within the office to assisting clients with questions and concerns.
