They were actually able to get us a new, experienced adjuster, who understood the complications of installing a roof on a commercial building. Once the work commenced, they took all of the proper precautions to make the project move along smoothly and seamlessly. The completed project was absolutely beautiful! Throughout the entire process, there was constant communications with updates, which is extremely important to me.
